Rapid growth of the Internet is increasingly making laws and regulations available online. In many cases, it is no longer necessary to spend exorbitant fees on expensive databases like Westlaw and LexisNexis or valuable time conducting research in libraries to find what you need. Member lawyers may submit links or files that contain texts of laws or regulations, including administrative guidelines and interpretations. These texts are meant to help lawyers and clients gain an initial sense of how a law or regulation might affect a business. While all laws and regulations are required to include English language titles and abstracts, lawyers are encouraged to submit the full text of the laws and regulations in the original language.
