Kenji Hosokawa has extensive experience in international corporate and employment legal matters, having practiced law in the Tokyo and New York offices of two leading U.S. law firms, Sullivan & Cromwell and Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker. He has advised a wide range of clients, including financial, corporate, and government entities in and outside the United States, covering over 50 jurisdictions, primarily in Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
